My heart is broken. My bf and I love Taylor and we really wanted to watch it together. None of us have seen this before. Also, my oldest daughter is 11 years older than my youngest and used to sing Taylor’s Never Grow Up all the time. I was also going to pick up my daughters. I had a presale code and spent all day Tuesday trying and when I finally got in there was 1 ticket left. Only one. How? How come they didn’t have enough tickets for the presale codes they gave out? And we just hope that tickets that are being sold by ticket brokers for thousands of dollars will all be canceled out and refunded and put back on the market as face value. Maybe then Taylor swift would have a sold out show, but as I see it there are tons and tons of tickets available which means an empty stadium because we hope that Swift fans don’t stoop to the $50k dollar ticket prices. But I hVe no faith in ticket master it’s rigged to work this way, ticket master allows scalpers to hoard tickets and give them access to better seats in the house to resell because ticket master profits off the resold tickets. Time to break up the ticket master Monopoly

what would that matter. I was in that one before. leads to nothing except them paying out some money. affected people get a chance at tickets to a concert not everyone “some” since they give a limited amount out and then they do the same crap again. No the government needs to drop the hammer on them. Better yet they need to do like a lot of states and just make scalping illegal. solves a lot of the problems. I looked 89 posts from a scalper company in a different state for 300+ tickets for 1000s of dollars above ticket price but we can’t get any. But there is no problem.

4th grade is HARD. Multiplication tables, division. My granddaughter has gone to summer school every summer and I told her if she worked really hard this year I would take her to your concert this summer (2023). IDK how to tell my 9 yo granddaughter that it is impossible to see your concert in Denver next summer. I had NO IDEA that buying tickets has become so crazy. I usually see concerts at Red Rocks where it is much more laid back. This is frustrating for grandma and parents alike. Kristine McIntyre Taylor has always been quick to stand up for herself when her livelihood is at stake. This was her chance to stand up for her true fans, and put a stop to the ridiculous ticket scalping. Yes demand is high because she is popular but when you add in the scalping it adds another layer of demand. I, like you, have been working hard to get tickets for my two young girls who have dreamed their whole lives of seeing her in concert. Taylor has been silent in all of this, and sadly I think it shows her true colors. She was right, maybe she IS the problem. At least she is a huge part of it.

I was waitlisted for verified fan access code. I have been a fan of this girl since we were 16! She is just 3 months older than me. I’ve seen her when she was an opener for shows. I’ve been to 3/5 of her headlining tours. I have bought every one of her albums and bonus songs. I have been there for her since day 1- Teardrops On My Guitar. I vividly remember the first time i heard her and this song and I’ve never turned back. Never a fair weather fan. And they gonna do me like this. I am so sad and disappointed. I’m hurt. 😢😭💔

This process has been very frustrating, these whole verify fan, I have been following, buying every single album, single gone to one of the concerts, bought tickets for the one that got cancelled hold on until it was Taylor Swift decision to refond the money, and I’m talking that back when I bought the first album taylor ever released my daughter was only 8 years old, and now she is 25, this was a special concert for both of us, but guess what I never got the email with the text to buy pre-sales. Verified and everything. Got in, waited about an hour, chose what seats I wanted and kept kicking me out. Said I wasn’t logged in when I was, or my device wasn’t compatible? Kept trying and every time I would get an error code. So disappointed, but it looks like the same is happening to everyone else too 😞. Hopefully I have a chance when it comes around to the normal sale. Hoping it’s easier for everyone then. Just not fair ☹️

Some of us are parents trying to score the greatest gift for our kids, like an all time gift!! One they will remember for all time!! What sucks about this entire Taylor ticket situation which we was not picked and that is ok for what it is! What I am saying though is the system sucks ass!!! I really love Taylor and I know she cares but there has to be a better way. I’ve been trying to get tix for 6 hours. I’ve gotten through several times only to choose my ticket and get an error screen. When Garth tix went on sale there was a hold once you purchased so the tix couldn’t be resold. All artists should be doing this and shame on Ticketmaster for not automatically doing this knowing how popular these shows were going to be.

Taylor Swift appears to have sold out her tour in 1 day.
That was our own doing, not hers, not Ticketmaster, we crashed the server together and we bought all of her tickets.
I excitedly waited 7 hours in queue knowing it was a gamble.
I’m lucky to have landed a few “bad seats” a friend did better and we both feel it was worth the wait.

Idk why you post dates for concerts when the real fans can’t even get a ticket. All I wanted to get my kids for Christmas were tickets. You have no idea how excited my daughters were when they heard you were touring again. I was prepared to spend $600 a ticket and I spent 5 hours at work today trying over and over and over and over again. I blew off meetings and kept trying to no avail. Ticketmaster finally kicked me out and said My time had expired so then i tried again and again for a couple more hours and nothing. I cannot tell you how frustrated and utterly disappointed I am. They are all sold out now. Exact same thing happened last time I tried to get tickets 5 years ago. So now my kids once again won’t get to see their favorite artist. My oldest daughter saw you when she was 5 years old. My youngest has never had the chance bc TM sucks. The real fans get screwed. I know it’s not your fault but I think you should know.

Taylor Swift please respond to your fans who just spent their day trying to get tickets to see you. Personally I spent 4 plus hours in line only to fine few tickets available in Cincinnati and trying to only buy one ticket and every ticket I tried to purchase was already taken once I put it in my cart. Then the site crashed. The website wouldn’t let me use my code. I was only able to log into the queue with my code on my phone app. Literally used up my entire battery. Ticketmaster is bogus! AND I was a work working the entire time!

Im absolutely crushed. I held on to my loverfest tickets and never even received my refund for that and I try to get in today to get tickets and they are all sold out. This whole process was predatory on her fans and she allowed it. All fans who had loverfest tickets should have had their seat honored at the same venue for this tour. That would have helped a lot. But I guess I just held on to that for nothing. And the boosts didnt do crap when ticket master screwed up so bad fans were kicked out and put at the back of the line.

Worst ticket experience of my life. Shameful. The verified fan process is a joke. The “you’ve been bumped up in queue” email is a joke. The message that Ticketmaster experienced unprecedented demand is a lie. The fact that ticket brokers get huge amounts of tickets is unforgivable. Shameful. In the end, it’s all about money. How much can we squeeze from our fans. First Bruce and now Taylor. The greed is unforgivable.

Dear Taylor, I am taking my lunch to let you know how disappointed I am in the process of securing tickets. I have been a huge fan and attended every concert tour since Speak Now. I unfortunately was not one who got a presale password – and was waitlisted. Now, I see those who did get the password struggling to even get on to look at tickets. Meanwhile, StubHub is flush with tickets going for thousands of dollars while your true fans languish in this absurd process that rewards no one but the pockets of you, your team, and the scalpers. What a huge disappointment. I was looking forward to attending with my 13 year old daughter who luckily is a huge fan as well. Do better – you have the resources and the team – use them.

My heart is broken. My bf and I love Taylor and we really wanted to watch it together. None of us have seen this before. Also, my oldest daughter is 11 years older than my youngest and used to sing Taylor’s Never Grow Up all the time. I was also going to pick up my daughters. I had a presale code and spent all day Tuesday trying and when I finally got in there was 1 ticket left. Only one. How? How come they didn’t have enough tickets for the presale codes they gave out? I know it’s ‘just’ a concert, but I’m so sad.

And we just hope that tickets that are being sold by ticket brokers for thousands of dollars will all be canceled out and refunded and put back on the market as face value. Maybe then Taylor swift would have a sold out show, but as I see it there are tons and tons of tickets available which means an empty stadium because we hope that Swift fans don’t stoop to the $50k dollar ticket prices. But I hVe no faith in ticket master it’s rigged to work this way, ticket master allows scalpers to hoard tickets and give them access to better seats in the house to resell because ticket master profits off the resold tickets. I was in that one before. leads to nothing except them paying out some money. affected people get a chance at tickets to a concert not everyone “some” since they give a limited amount out and then they do the same crap again. No the government needs to drop the hammer on them. Better yet they need to do like a lot of states and just make scalping illegal. solves a lot of the problems. I looked 89 posts from a scalper company in a different state for 300+ tickets for 1000s of dollars above ticket price but we can’t get any. But there is no problem.

4th grade is HARD. Multiplication tables, division. My granddaughter has gone to summer school every summer and I told her if she worked really hard this year I would take her to your concert this summer (2023). IDK how to tell my 9 yo granddaughter that it is impossible to see your concert in Denver next summer. I had NO IDEA that buying tickets has become so crazy. I usually see concerts at Red Rocks where it is much more laid back. This is frustrating for grandma and parents alike. Kristine McIntyre Taylor has always been quick to stand up for herself when her livelihood is at stake. This was her chance to stand up for her true fans, and put a stop to the ridiculous ticket scalping. Yes demand is high because she is popular but when you add in the scalping it adds another layer of demand. I, like you, have been working hard to get tickets for my two young girls who have dreamed their whole lives of seeing her in concert. Taylor has been silent in all of this, and sadly I think it shows her true colors. She was right, maybe she IS the problem. At least she is a huge part of it.

I was waitlisted for verified fan access code. I have been a fan of this girl since we were 16! She is just 3 months older than me. I’ve seen her when she was an opener for shows. I’ve been to 3/5 of her headlining tours. I have bought every one of her albums and bonus songs. I have been there for her since day 1- Teardrops On My Guitar. I vividly remember the first time i heard her and this song and I’ve never turned back. Never a fair weather fan. And they gonna do me like this. I am so sad and disappointed. I’m hurt. 😢😭💔

This process has been very frustrating, these whole verify fan, I have been following, buying every single album, single gone to one of the concerts, bought tickets for the one that got cancelled hold on until it was Taylor Swift decision to refond the money, and I’m talking that back when I bought the first album taylor ever released my daughter was only 8 years old, and now she is 25, this was a special concert for both of us, but guess what I never got the email with the text to buy pre-sales. I really love Taylor and I know she cares but there has to be a better way. I’ve been trying to get tix for 6 hours. I’ve gotten through several times only to choose my ticket and get an error screen. When Garth tix went on sale there was a hold once you purchased so the tix couldn’t be resold. All artists should be doing this and shame on Ticketmaster for not automatically doing this knowing how popular these shows were going to be.

That was our own doing, not hers, not Ticketmaster, we crashed the server together and we bought all of her tickets.
I excitedly waited 7 hours in queue knowing it was a gamble.

Idk why you post dates for concerts when the real fans can’t even get a ticket. All I wanted to get my kids for Christmas were tickets. You have no idea how excited my daughters were when they heard you were touring again. I was prepared to spend $600 a ticket and I spent 5 hours at work today trying over and over and over and over again. I blew off meetings and kept trying to no avail. Ticketmaster finally kicked me out and said My time had expired so then i tried again and again for a couple more hours and nothing. I cannot tell you how frustrated and utterly disappointed I am. They are all sold out now. Exact same thing happened last time I tried to get tickets 5 years ago. So now my kids once again won’t get to see their favorite artist. My oldest daughter saw you when she was 5 years old. My youngest has never had the chance bc TM sucks. The real fans get screwed. I know it’s not your fault but I think you should know.

Taylor Swift please respond to your fans who just spent their day trying to get tickets to see you. Personally I spent 4 plus hours in line only to fine few tickets available in Cincinnati and trying to only buy one ticket and every ticket I tried to purchase was already taken once I put it in my cart. Then the site crashed. The website wouldn’t let me use my code. I was only able to log into the queue with my code on my phone app. Literally used up my entire battery. Ticketmaster is bogus! Im absolutely crushed. I held on to my loverfest tickets and never even received my refund for that and I try to get in today to get tickets and they are all sold out. This whole process was predatory on her fans and she allowed it. All fans who had loverfest tickets should have had their seat honored at the same venue for this tour. That would have helped a lot. But I guess I just held on to that for nothing. And the boosts didnt do crap when ticket master screwed up so bad fans were kicked out and put at the back of the line.

Chrissy Lynn Betts-Robidoux I got in and was picking tickets and it kept giving me errors and I couldn’t purchase so I had to get out and go back and not I’m stuck on the queue again after I did everything right and got in early and was in and trying to purchase. I’m almost in tears. This is ridiculous.

Not that you’ll ever get this, but we were hoping to make this our daughters first concert. Please find a better alternative to ticketmaster. I’ve spent 6 hours trying to get through for the presale and no luck. Which I would accept if they just said tickets were sold out or such, but they certainly let the resalers get in. Stub hub full of tickets I’ll never afford.

Agreed. I sat in the queue for 6 hours and then got a “oops something went wrong” message. By the time I got through a second time there were no tickets left. Was hoping to go a 3rd time to celebrate my daughter and her bff’s graduation as an end to an ERA before they head off to college. So bummed!

Worst ticket experience of my life. Shameful. The verified fan process is a joke. The “you’ve been bumped up in queue” email is a joke. The message that Ticketmaster experienced unprecedented demand is a lie. The fact that ticket brokers get huge amounts of tickets is unforgivable. Shameful. In the end, it’s all about money. How much can we squeeze from our fans. First Bruce and now Taylor. The greed is unforgivable.

Dear Taylor, I am taking my lunch to let you know how disappointed I am in the process of securing tickets. I have been a huge fan and attended every concert tour since Speak Now. I unfortunately was not one who got a presale password – and was waitlisted. Now, I see those who did get the password struggling to even get on to look at tickets. Meanwhile, StubHub is flush with tickets going for thousands of dollars while your true fans languish in this absurd process that rewards no one but the pockets of you, your team, and the scalpers. What a huge disappointment. I was looking forward to attending with my 13 year old daughter who luckily is a huge fan as well. Do better – you have the resources and the team – use them.

Let me say- I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED with these concert tickets. This is OUTRAGEOUS. How can people afford to take their kids to this concert and still pay bills?? Cheapest tickets $700+ and to be on the floor your asking $12,000+?!?!?! You should be ASHAMED of yourself Taylor Swift!!!!

Waited 4 hours in queue to have it tell me when it was my turn, an error has occurred rejoin the queue. Now I’m back to 2000+ ahead of me. 4 hours! This is ridiculous. Have a better system Ticketmaster!!! I’ve never bothered to do presale and now I see why. A lot of my time and energy to still not have tickets. Why even promote presale?

I’m sorry but no artist is worth paying 3400 dollars for a ticket. I went to stubhub and the prices of tickets are ridiculous. Come on people tickets should only be 30 to 50 bucks if you get back stage tickets then ok 100 bucks.

Horrible ticketmaster experience . Prices are ridiculous and the resalers are selling seats for 1000$ or more . Taylor Swift do better . You should have made this fun for everyone we were excited . What a mess . 100$ a ticket was enough .making money now. I guess its all about. Very disappointed
